Our journey began with a simple frustration. While searching for the perfect leather jacket, we realised the market offered only two extremes: overly expensive luxury brands, or mass-produced alternatives that compromised on quality and durability. Neither felt right.
As we explored further, we uncovered the real reason behind this gap. Traditional leather goods often pass through multiple layers — manufacturers, distributors, retailers — each adding their own markup. Combined with heavy marketing expenses, this inflates prices far beyond the actual value of the product.
We knew there had to be a better way.
