Returns & Exchanges
Thirty days, unworn, tags attached. Size exchanges are our most common request and the easiest to process.
How to start a return
Email care@michaeljacket.com with your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange. We reply with a return label and instructions within one business day.
Condition requirements
Jackets must be unworn, unaltered, free of odour, and returned with all tags and original packaging. We inspect every return on arrival.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of inspection. Your bank may take a further few days to display the credit.
Exceptions
Custom and made-to-measure jackets are produced for you specifically and cannot be returned unless faulty. Faulty items are always repaired, replaced or refunded.
