Refund Policy

Eligibility
Unworn jackets with tags attached qualify for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Worn, altered or damaged items do not.
Processing time
Once your return is inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Shipping charges are refunded only where the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
Faulty items
If a jacket arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, email care@michaeljacket.com with photographs. We repair, replace or refund at no cost to you.
Made-to-order
Custom and made-to-measure jackets are non-refundable unless faulty, because they are cut specifically to your measurements.
